Are you experiencing the tension of transition? Waiting in the “already/not yet” space of leaving what was and not yet realizing what will be? Many refer to this place as the hallway between closed and not yet open doors. Although times of transition can be stressful, scary, and secluded, God wants to meet us here. Learn the vital biblical truths we can cling to during times of transition.
WHAT DOES THE PLACE OF TRANSITION LOOK LIKE?
The place of transition. It’s a place we all dread, isn’t it?
- The hard place.
- The dark place.
- The lonely place.
A dear friend recently recommended a book,
Hello Carla, its been a while@ How are you doing? It is as if you saw what I am passing through and addressed it wholeheartedly. Thee transition period is like a time of waiting. It seems God is not answering or has forgotten about us/me.I kept wondering why it os taking this long for me to get an answer to a particular prayer I have been praying for years. It is not easy especially when others are getting answers to theirs and it looks as if I am stagnant. Is my heavens closed? Is it the price of Persia at work delaying prayers like it did to Daniel? A lot of thoughts keep coming around. BUT I KEEP waiting to see what he will do.
God bless you abundantly
So good to hear from you! I am so thankful that God used this post to speak truth and grace into your life. I will pray specifically that you hear from God and feel His presence during this time of transition. Although His ways are not our ways, He is faithful and His timing is always perfect! Grace and peace to you, dear friend!
Hi and thank you for your encouragement. I enjoy reading black ga that are helpful in areas where we can get encouraged.
Why does some Christians do not believe what some of us go through, sat Transitioning?

Thanks for reaching out, Cyndi! I am so glad this post encouraged you! Praying for you during your time of transition.
This was just what I needed in this transitioning season. I have NEVER heard of the hallway, AMAZING!!! I love it. Sooooo perfect for where I am. I literally told God I’m going to stop seeking you for the when and is this really you or not. I’m going just relax and enjoy you. But that’s not easy. I keep taking it back and asking again when. With your encouragement I can now relax and enjoy His presence in the season. I have a women’s function coming up in a few weeks. The topic is “Transitions”and I’m adding this link to my resource list.
Very grateful,
Thanks so much!!!!!
